YOUR MISSION
Located in Richemont offices in Bellevue, she/he will report to the Responsible SourcingData&Tools Project Manager. The Responsible Sourcing analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets (ESG data, Suppliers data….) to extract valuable and actionable insights for Responsible Sourcing strategy, decision-making, objectives setting, reporting and disclosure. This role involves translating complex data into understandable information, identifying trends and providing recommendations that support strategic business decisions in line with Responsible Sourcing strategy.
As Responsible Sourcing Data Analyst, you will design reports and data visualizations and develop tools for internal - Responsible Sourcing experts, Group procurement - and external stakeholders - mainly Regions/Maisons procurement and sustainability function - including but not limited to the preparation of reports and materials to communicate responsible sourcing key metrics.
Ultimately, in a fast evolving Sustainability regulations context, this role will also contribute to the development of new sourcing key performance indicators, building a resilient Responsible Sourcing management system for the Group
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Data collection & Extraction
Lead efforts to integrate data from various sources into the department applications, leveraging automation tools to streamline data processes
Gather data from various sources, including databases, data warehouses, APIs, and external datasets.
Develop and maintain automated data collection processes where applicable.
Data Analysis & Modelling:
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Apply statistical methods and data modelling techniques to answer business questions.
Develop and execute queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
Key metrics, tools & application development
Design, development and maintenance of the department in-house applications, dashboards and key performance indicators
Monitor their respective performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement enhancements to improve usability, performance, and scalability
Document and record all developments
Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to various audiences.
Data governance & Quality assurance
Support the Responsible Sourcing Data & Tools project manager to establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures
Clean, transform and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used in Responsible Sourcing dashboards and reports.
Identify & Resolve data quality issues.
Support, Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate closely with Responsible Sourcing experts to understand business requirements, gather insights, and update dashboards, reports
Provide technical support and training to end-users of Responsible sourcing dashboards, tools and applications
Others transversal related tasks
Support the Responsible Sourcing team in the development of supply chains ESG key metrics to align with sustainability frameworks and regulations – e.g GRI standards, CSRD, CSDDDD…
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in a data analysis role.
Proven experience with data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
Technical Skills:
SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Data Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with at least Looker
Spreadsheet Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data modelling).
Programming (Optional but highly valued): Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis, statistical modelling, and automation.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Ability to identify root causes of problems and propose data-driven solutions.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Business Acumen:
Understanding of business processes and the ability to connect data insights to business objectives.

Preferred Skills:
Master's degree in a quantitative field.
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in business.
