MAIN PURPOSE
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Specialist to join our dynamic Source Product team for procurement area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of our new CLM platform (Contract lifecycle management from Sirion as software editor). You will act as the bridge between our business stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Sales, Real Estate) and technology, ensuring the platform meets and exceeds their evolving needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of the Sirion CLM platform, including user management, security, workflow configuration, and template updates.
Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the product owner and business users to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.
Technical Support & Training: Serve as the primary LVL3 technical point of contact for the CLM platform, providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and developing training materials to drive user adoption.
Implementation & Release Management: Collaborate on the initial implementation and future releases, including testing new features, managing sandbox/test environments, and deploying updates to production.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical and user documentation for platform configurations, processes, and integrations.
Future Growth: Actively participate in the evaluation and potential integration of other SaaS platforms within our procurement technology stack.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We believe the right mindset and a passion for learning are as important as direct experience.
Experience
You have proven hands-on experience administering and configuring Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) SaaS tool (Sirion, Icertis, Conga, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, etc.).
You are comfortable with system configuration, process and workflow design, and translating business processes into platform solutions.
Previous experience with Sirion CLM is a significant advantage.
Core Requirements
A good understanding of or experience working within a product team methodology (e.g., Agile, Scrum), focused on continuous improvement and iterative delivery.
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with other procurement or source-to-pay SaaS platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, GEP).
Basic knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data management.
Languages
English: very good professional level.
French: is a plus.
