Who You Are:
You are an exceptional ambassador of luxury, with a proven background in client-facing roles, ideally within a high-end environment such as luxury retail, hospitality, or a reception host(ess) function. You possess a natural ability to connect with an international and multicultural clientele, thriving in a high-traffic setting. Your impeccable presentation, strong communication, and organizational skills are matched by your proactive approach to anticipating needs and ensuring seamless client journeys. Eager to learn and share knowledge, you are a collaborative team player dedicated to enhancing satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What are we expecting from you?
As a Maison Host, you are the welcoming heart of our Sydney Flagship, embodying the elegance and spirit of Van Cleef & Arpels. Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting an unforgettable journey for every visitor. Your key responsibilities include:
Client Experience & Hospitality: Be the Maison's first point of contact, warmly welcoming and guiding all visitors, personalizing their arrival for a seamless journey. Proactively manage client flow and waiting experiences, ensuring prompt sales team attention and smooth handovers. Provide exceptional hospitality, including refreshments and maintaining pristine service areas. Anticipate and cater to the needs of loyal and appointment-based clients.
Maison Representation & Storytelling: Embody Maison values, representing Van Cleef & Arpels with impeccable professionalism and radiant service. Offer engaging boutique and Patrimony tours, sharing the Maison's rich history and acting as a knowledgeable referent for our exquisite displays.
Operational Support: Support internal communication to optimize client flow and service delivery. Contribute to maintaining Maison standards for presentation, grooming, and uniform. Participate in daily morning briefs for seamless team coordination.

Step 2: If your profile aligns, you will be sent a link to complete a short online video application
Step 3: Following a successful screening, you will be invited to an in-person recruitment day in Sydney (End of July) where you will have the opportunity to learn more about the Maison and meet key personnel from Van Cleef & Arpels Oceania.
Step 4: 1on1 interviews with the Boutique Manager and Commercial Director to show case your suitability for a role with Van Cleef & Arpels.
Step 5: With successful interviews completed, and contingent upon successful pre-employment screenings, you'll begin your journey with us
