Are you a good match?
You have previous experience in Training, Learning & Development or Retail, ideally within a luxury environment.
You have excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across different markets. You are proactive, detail-oriented and demonstrate strong initiative, ownership and commitment.
You are comfortable working with training platforms and reporting tools, and are eager to continuously develop new competencies, capabilities and knowledge. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Regional Head of Retail Training, you will support the retail network across the region through targeted projects and contribute to the successful execution of training programs. You will help ensure our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to uphold the Maison’s heritage, values and unparalleled client experience.
You will play a key role in coordinating global training efforts with the Training Managers and monitoring the effectiveness and impact of training programs and local initiatives.
In this role, you will:
* Act as a central regional point of contact for local training teams, facilitating communication and collaboration on global training initiatives with our Headquarters in France.
* Maintain close collaboration with the Training Managers through regular updates and proactive communication.
* Lead training sessions at the Client Relationship Center to support the Team Leader.
* Support the adaptation of training modules and content for the different markets, including Arabic proofreading of documents.
* Assist the Training Managers in the smooth implementation of new global training programs from Headquarters.
* Facilitate the rollout of new training content, providing clear instructions and support to ensure consistent understanding and application across all markets.
* Manage the global training platform data (LMS), ensuring content, participant data and program schedules remain up to date.
* Measure completion rates of training campaigns through the e-learning dashboard.
* Manage the administration and organization of seminars and meetings upon request.
* Manage training-related costs and the flow of invoicing in coordination with the accounting department and the markets.
* Report best practices and mystery shopping scores on a quarterly, semester and annual basis to the training community.
The role covers five markets and the regional Client Relationship Center in Dubai and may require regional and international travel upon request.
