HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Based in Bellevue and reporting to the Head of W&J Manufacturing controlling, your missions will include, but are not limited to:
Drive Operational Excellence & Industrial Performance
Lead monthly financial closing and reporting for the W&J industrial perimeter, providing analysis of operational highlights, cost structures, and manufacturing variances.
Contribute to the consolidation and analytical review of financial data for budgets and reforecasts, ensuring alignment with Group guidelines.
Proactively identify and implement process optimizations, streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and automate manual tasks.
Conduct ad-hoc financial and cost analyses to support strategic decision-making and team objectives.
Ensure data reliability, quality, and automation within our data model, supporting digital transformation initiatives to optimize reporting tools.
Contribute to Strategic Projects
Participate in key projects focused on standardizing and harmonizing industrial costing definitions across all W&J production entities.
Lead data collection and modeling to establish robust comparative benchmarks for Group manufacturing sites, focusing on operational efficiency, productivity, and cost competitiveness.
Develop high-quality analytical slides and dashboards, fostering clear communication and alignment with diverse stakeholders across the Group and Maisons.
This role involves punctual travel in Europe.

Education, experience and core competencies
University degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or similar.
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in manufacturing/industrial controlling, audit, financial planning & analysis), or project finance.
Strong understanding of manufacturing cost elements, standard costing, variance analysis, and industrial P&L structures.
Expert level in Excel
Strong knowledge of P&L cost structure based on standards costs and variance analysis.
Experience in the W&J, Luxury, or high-end manufacturing sector is a plus.
Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO) and consolidation tools as well as Power Query, Power Pivot, or Looker is highly valued
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
