YOUR ROLE
We are seeking an agile and result-driven Media Activations Project Manager, who will participate in shaping the worldwide presence of Vacheron Constantin, by deploying the global media strategy of the Maison in our markets, taking into account local specificities. This pivotal role demands a team player with a meticulous eye for detail, a profound understanding of the luxury sector, and a passion for leveraging data and innovation to achieve strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Head of Media & Digital Communication, you will be instrumental in supporting several markets to implement the global media strategy holistically across channels, and for providing guidance to the Maison’s local media managers.
PLAYING YOUR PART
INTERNATIONAL MEDIA COORDINATION
- You will ensure the deployment in markets of the Media and Advertising global guidelines
- You will support markets and provide guidance for media plans optimization and for operations development
- You will work closely with the wider Marketing & Communication team in HQ, and with the Media agency to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints and operational excellence
MEDIA PLANNING & MEASUREMENT
- You will review local media flowcharts and ensure the production of the integrated media flowcharts to be shared with markets on a quarterly basis
- You will review the approval forms shared by markets for OOH/DOOH and ensure compliance with guidelines
- You will analyze media performance reports and provide insights on how to optimize media budget allocation
- You will monitor, consolidate and analyze markets feedback regarding local media agencies
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require
- A solid experience in Media roles (global or local, within a company or in an agency)
- Excellent knowledge of offline and digital media, (luxury industry, a plus)
- Leadership and ability to connect and influence people across the organization, while staying highly collaborative
- Data-driven and proficient in analyzing data to make informed decisions
- Proven record of managing complex and large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders, internal and external, with a strong sense of ownership
- Critical thinking with innovative spirit and creativity
- Fluency in English and French
