Are you a good match?
- Do you have prior experience in Supply Chain / Sales Administration / Logistic field, preferably in a luxury retail business?
- Are you a good team player with excellent spoken & written communication skills?
- Are you flexible and at ease at muti-tasking, priority management, and managing urgent situation?
- Are you goal-oriented, autonomous, and able to fulfill tasks within the given deadline?
- Do you have business fluency level both Japanese & English?

What are we expecting from you?
The Operations and Distribution Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the coordination of POS materials and Export and Client orders. He/she will also provide support to users of the SAP system.
- You will support local implementation of POS Material project.
- You will coordinate all the export process and execute products transfer request.
- You will coordinate the client orders including product feasibility, lead time and delivery.
- You will support Order Management and SAP Master Data Management.
- You will devleop collaboration skills with Local Marketing / Retail / Ecom teams as well as JP & Central Logistic Teams.
