What are we expecting from you?
As a key member of the Oceania Executive Committee and reporting to Managing Director for Van Cleef & Arpels Oceania, you will be responsible for leading, consolidating and developing the retail network. You would oversee 7 departments across the Retail Management office teams and the boutiques across Australia and New Zealand. You would be responsible for the performance of the retail function in line with the Maison strategic plan, ensuring long-term strategic and financial objectives are achieved, while acting as an Ambassador of the Maison and building a values-led team culture.To that extent, you will:
Strategise - contributing to the market 3 year plan and annual strategic plan, regional meetings presentations and business reviews, while defining and implementing commercial strategies to achieve both quantitative and qualitative objectives;
Drive business – managing the team along with setting individual objectives and priorities, ensuring boutique targets are achieved notably in terms of sales and client satisfaction;
Act as an ambassador – introducing the Maison universe, its history, creations and sources of inspirations, promoting the Maison across local communities;
Offer a high level of service – orchestrating Oceania’s strategy to optimize VIP related experience in line with the DNA of the Maison and driving commercial activity (Retail and Online Retail) and Client experience journey by analyzing and anticipating Oceania specific retail landscape
Develop the team – building a complementary team, coaching team members, following-up improvement, recruiting new profiles, nurturing the team’s knowledge and its positive mindset;
Ensure efficient and compliant operations – safeguarding Boutique environment & Image are in line with Maison excellence standards
