You have a first experience in the retail industry.You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You are able to build strong collaboration cross-department and with different stake holders. You are able to work autonomously, proactively and you are solution oriented.
What are we expecting from you?
As Client Experience Assistant SEA, you will be supporting Client Experience Manager to ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered in the SEA market, through the implementation of Maison client-related activations which include:
Support the roll-out of Client Experience guidelines, tools, gifting campaigns, and in-boutique animations in line with Maison guidelines.
Coordinate with boutiques, internal departments, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and follow-up.
Manage administrative tasks including stock movements, vendor management, and PO creation to support Client Experience activities.
Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
