- Strategic contract management with IFM partners and suppliers, ensuring alignment with Richemont standards and SLAs
- Deployment and adoption of a ticketing tool to manage service requests and planned maintenance
- Budget management, KPI tracking, and performance reporting to senior management and Maisons
- Regulatory and sustainability compliance across all sites, working closely with HSE and Physical Security
- Vendor and contractor management, maintaining service quality and cost efficiency
- Stakeholder relationships across Maisons, regional teams, and Group leadership
- Change management ensuring seamless project transitions from delivery into live operations
Skills
Experience
- 8 to 10 years in integrated facility management with direct experience in office fit out and renovation project delivery
- A proven track record managing multi-site, regional operations within a complex matrix organisation
- Demonstrated experience leading IFM model implementation
- A background in luxury retail or a comparable high-standard environment is preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related technical field — required
- Master's degree — preferred
- Specialisation in real estate, facility management, sustainability, or luxury retail — advantageous
