HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Cartier Switzerland team.
This pivotal role will position you as a partner for our boutiques and Retail leadership, actively contributing to the definition and execution of our HR strategy in service of Cartier’s commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership & Expert Advice: Act as a trusted HR advisor and partner to Retail leadership, translating business priorities into concrete and effective HR initiatives. Provide expert guidance on all HR matters, including Swiss labor law, talent acquisition, HR policies, performance management, and skills development.
- Talent Lifecycle Management: Drive the entire talent lifecycle for our boutique employees, including recruitment, performance management, talent reviews and development, salary review processes, and succession planning, to strengthen our Retail teams' capabilities and enhance retention.
- Data-Driven HR & Operations: Utilize HR Information Systems (such as Workday and SAP) to optimize processes and adopt an analytical approach to interpret HR data. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR effectiveness and contribute to business outcomes, including budget planning and headcount control.
- Cultural Leadership & Change Management: Promote a performance-driven, diverse, and inclusive culture within Cartier. Lead and implement local and international HR projects, driving and executing impactful HR change management initiatives across the boutique network.
- Boutique Proximity & Collaboration: Ensure strong proximity and close collaboration with our boutique teams, involving regular travel across Switzerland (minimum 30%) to understand their needs and provide on-the-ground support.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a HRBP role.
- Demonstrated experience within the luxury industry, with a strong understanding of the retail environment being a significant asset.
- Proven ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships in a multicultural setting.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), including Workday and SAP, coupled with advanced Excel skills.
- A detail-oriented approach combined with a strong drive for results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of Swiss labor law.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential; proficiency in German or Italian is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to travel up to 30 % of the time
