About the Role:
We are looking for an HR Operations Administrator (FIXED TERM CONTRACT) to join our regional People Operations team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our transactional HR services, ensuring our regional employee lifecycle administration is delivered with absolute precision and care.
As the HR Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and efficient transactional HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle. You will maintain immaculate digital employee records, process essential HR transactions within agreed service levels, and act as a primary point of contact for our colleagues—ensuring they receive outstanding customer service every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as our Tier 1 HR Support Agent—monitoring, triaging, and resolving daily HR queries, and escalating complex inquiries to Tier 2 support when needed.
- Manage and process employee requests such as salary letters, bank verifications, and policy-compliant reimbursements.
- Provide basic HR data reports and system extracts (such as distribution lists and exit reports) to authorized team members.
- Partner with the People Operations Manager to share feedback on query trends, helping us identify root causes and continuously improve our services.
- Monitor and manage daily HCM tasks, ensuring all data is entered accurately and integrates smoothly with downstream systems.
- Handle manual data entry and verify automated entries (such as overtime, commissions, and variable payroll inputs) to support our monthly payroll validation process.
- Run regular data quality checks to ensure all digital employee records are compliant, accurate, and completely up to date.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency in standard office software (especially MS Excel) and experience working with HR Information Systems (HCM/SAP/Workday experience is a strong plus).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
