You have an extensive experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
You have acquired a solid knowledge of the high-jewellery business and are passionate about it.
You demonstrate excellent business partnership, fostering fruitful collaboration to match business needs in alignment with Maison strategy.
You possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, paired with a good balance between persuasion skills and diplomacy, enabling you to align and mobilize diverse partners.
You are recognized for your management skills with an ability to drive, motivate & develop a team.
You have excellent oral and written communication, in both French & English.
What are we expecting from you?
The role is based in Paris, attached to the European Marketing & Communication department and reporting to the Regional Marketing Director Europe-CIS.
As the main lead for the development of the High Jewelry activity over Europe, you:
- Conduct the regional High Jewelry marketing strategy across Europe by orchestrating Central Functions’ direction, product priorities as well as market needs and Retail objectives to maximize sales potential
- Work in close collaboration with Central Functions teams, regional counterparts and local marketing teams
- Coordinate and support 9 European markets
- Manage a team of 3 team members and one intern
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:
Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the 3-year category plan, offering strategic ambition, insights and clear regional roadmap
- Define the annual regional High Jewely marketing strategy, aligning budget, market trends, and events/activation plans and calendar
- Build and orchestrate the 360° marketing plan across product launches, event activations, VM support, training, communication, and client strategy
Events strategy and orchestration
Lead the planning and preparation/orchestration/coordination of regional and local events on the marketing side.
- Define High Jewelry event objectives, product focus, storytelling direction & clients’ strategy with relevant departments
- Partner with retail and events teams to organize and lead event preparation seminars
- Oversee the preparation of all product-related content: coordinate training and provide tools to ensure retail sales team readiness
- Assemble the optimal event team, defining planning, roles and responsibilities with regional and local teams
- Support all product-related operations acting as a key contact: model show, display coordination, sales recap, stock management during and after the event
Regional Performance Analysis & Operations
- Lead High Jewelry budget and LE cycles in close collaboration with Retail and Supply teams
- Ensure monitoring of regional sales performance, trends and opportunities and provide insights and recommendations
- Work closely with regional Supply Chain to supervise Classic High Jewelry stock analysis and manage the regional stock
- Lead the allocation strategy on daily stock requests from European markets or Central Functions, maximizing in-store High Jewelry visibility as well as sales efficiency, taking into consideration: market insights, product priorities, event needs, and marketing rationale
Regional Engagement Building & Teams Development
- Act as an expertise referent to local markets or other regional departments & facilitate best-practice sharing across markets
- Lead the annual Regional High Jewelry Board in collaboration with Regional Retail, defining objectives and aligning on programs to cultivate community
- Partner with Regional Retail and Training teams to understand business needs and provide programs for Sales Associate development
- Cultivate a strategic marketing community across the region and markets, equipping teams to translate insights into actionable plans
- Strengthen team capability in stakeholder communication, product strategy, project orchestration, and cross-functional collaboration
- Propose new ways of working to streamline workload, improve efficiency, and reinforce clear collaboration with Retail and markets
- Provide marketing support to markets without a dedicated High Jewelry marketing resource
