RESPONSIBILITIES

WHOLESALE MARKETING & COOP MEDIA (60%)

  • Build and implement with partners impactful 360 Coop plans and marketing initiatives including Media, CRM, Digital, E-Commerce, Events, VM
  • Lead the annual planning, execution, and monitoring of our Coop plans with Partners (External Boutique, Partners of Choice, Wholesalers) in collaboration with Commercial teams
  • Responsible for the Trade Marketing Plans per Partners (event calendar included) and manage all local initiatives supporting our partners
  • Pilot event timelines, logistics and budgets at all times from the initial pitch to the post-event phase
  • Distribute brand content, guidelines and toolboxes to Partners supporting product launches, media campaigns upon marketing plan
  • Responsible for the Coop budget tracking and payments in collaboration with partners and finance, while maintaining Bumblebee at all times to reflect all Coop campaigns with all partners
  • Oversee the collaboration with local production agency to develop creatives following the brand guidelines, validate all the Partners assets
  • Responsible for the Websites and Virtual Showcases updates
  • Provide Reports and Regional best practice as needed and per HQ request

MEDIA MARKETING (25%)

  • Partner with HQ media teams to define National Media plan (OOH, Print, Digital, Social) and support the local implementation of the plan (US, Canada, Mexico, Latam) and act as the local reference for all media relative topics
  • Manage in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications AVP the local partnership budget and strategy
  • Develop relationships with key publishers, media outlets and partner with PR to maximize the brand’s visibility and desirability
  • Responsible for the National Media tracking and payments.
  • Oversee the collaboration with local production agency to develop creatives following the brand guidelines, validate all the Partners assets

BUDGET & REPORTING (15%)

  • Responsible specifically for the management of the A&P Media Budgets following Richemont process and guidelines (PO, Accruals, Invoices, Landing etc.)
  • Consolidate reports as needed after each event or campaign, craft ad-hoc presentations per HQ / Management request

REQUIREMENTS

SKILLS

  • 5 years of related experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in commercial, marketing or digital (or similar)
  • Strong Project Management skills, capacity to orchestrate multiple workstreams in parallel and manage or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups.

SPECIFIC

  • Strong competencies in MS office tools, especially with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and logistics
  • Good knowledge of the media landscape and trends
  • Understanding of a Wholesale environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work outside of regular business hours during event

LANGUAGE

  • French and/or Spanish speaking is a plus
