HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Support the Design team for Serapian collections;
- Design animations for iconic models;
- Technical drawings for any accessory components for collection bags;
- Rendering;
- Design and creation of collection-related materials: inspirational mood boards, collection line sheets, color cards;
- Creation of vector drawings for collection models and details;
- Competition analysis.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES AND SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED
- Knowledge of the design and structuring phases of bag and accessory collections;
- Knowledge of the processes for creating a new model from drawing, to the initial prototype (e.g., cardboard model), with related adjustments, up to the approved sample;
- In-depth understanding of the leather goods market, with a focus on men's and women's "bag" products;
- Work organization, both individually and in a team, in relation to required timelines, objectives, and methods;
- Relationship management with colleagues and superiors.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Background in Fashion & Accessories Design;
- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ++);
- Good knowledge of 3D design software (Rhino, KeyShot ++);
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint ++);
- Plus: freehand drawing;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- French knowledge is considered a plus;
- Accuracy / Attention to detail;
- Flexibility;

- Ability to work in a team.
