About the Role:
As a Procurement Process Manager in Richemont's Group Procurement Excellence team, you'll drive operational efficiency and digital transformation of our global end to end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. You will own the end-to-end design, optimization, and governance of P2P workflows, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a seamless user experience across the Group.
You will drive complex P2P process and system transformations, from strategic analysis and design to implementation and continuous improvement. This involves collaborating with executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Legal, Maisons), and external partners, leveraging technology, and aligning with Group Procurement and Finance strategies.
We seek a visionary expert with deep P2P process knowledge, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to drive large-scale change. You will architect user-centric solutions, use advanced data analytics, and implement sophisticated process optimization to deliver measurable improvements, acting as the primary P2P process design expert

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Drive Process Optimization: Analyze existing Non-Stock Goods and Services procurement processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Drive automation and AI use cases to streamline processes. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g., AI, agentic, orchestration …)
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary P2P process expert, partnering with and influencing senior leadership across IT, Finance, Legal, and Maisons to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Champion Change Management: Lead comprehensive change management for major P2P transformations. Develop and deliver executive communications, training, and support to ensure successful adoption and sustained behavioral change..
- Develop and Maintain Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including policies, flowcharts, procedures, and training materials.
- Enhance User Experience: Design and implement user-friendly solutions that improve the overall experience for all stakeholders involved in the procurement process.
- Monitor and Report on KPIs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented improvements and identify areas for further optimization. Regularly report on progress and impact to stakeholders. Continually assess pain points and prioritize uplift and simplification of procurement frameworks to enable operational teams to focus on strategy execution
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of extensive experience in process analysis, design, and transformation, with a significant focus on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in a large, multinational organization, preferably decentralized.
- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex global P2P processes, including requisitioning, purchase order management, goods receipt, invoice processing and payment,
- Demonstrated experience leading major P2P transformation and digitalization projects, including new technology implementations (e.g., orchestration, AI, SAP Ariba, Coupa, …) and process re-engineering.
- Strong understanding of procurement and finance principles, best practices, internal controls, and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, translating complex challenges into actionable P2P solution
- Superior communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and manage diverse cross-functional teams.
- Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and advanced data analytics for process insights is highly desirable
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); additional language skills, especially French, are a plus.
