This is an exciting opportunity to support our Marketing & Communications team in implementing our consumer marketing strategy. You will be involved in a diverse range of activities, including events, and visual merchandising, contributing to both project roll-outs and daily operations.
Please note, this is a 6 month internship opportunity.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Events:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of high-profile events, from concept development to post-event analysis.
  • Liaise with partners, coordinate logistics, and ensure impeccable event execution.
  • Support regional training sessions and internal event organisation.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Help coordinate upcoming visual merchandising campaigns.
  • Assist with the installation of captivating window designs at our boutiques.
  • Manage the delivery of props and assets to boutiques and retailers, ensuring consistent brand standards at all points of sale.

General Duties:

  • Assist with project budget management and organisation.
  • Provide daily administrative support, including raising purchase orders and invoice management.
  • Help prepare engaging presentations.
  • Conduct research on competitor marketing strategies and experiences.
  • Support internal communication of M&C news within the team and with partners.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS?

  • You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a flexible, adaptable approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • A genuine passion for and knowledge of the luxury market.
