YOUR MISSION:
Manage day-to-day operations in an assigned store. Ensure the achievement of defined commercial targets (sales volumes, profitability, new clients, etc.) and the respect of the budget. Contribute to the development of Brand / Maison image and reputation.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Oversee the commercial performance of a medium- to large-sized business unit or product line by analyzing customer and market trends, monitoring financial results, adjusting plans as necessary, and optimizing resource utilization.
- Implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team, clearly communicating the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values, and motivating team members to achieve local business goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of a small to medium store with a homogeneous product line, ensuring operational sales performance goals are met, including responsibilities for the front end, back end, and sales floor.
- Provide expert advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues, and referring complex or contentious issues to higher authorities.
- Operate within established systems to deliver prescribed outcomes for financial control in a designated area.
- Develop and manage a budget for a specific area of the organization or conduct complex analyses on budget progress in other areas.
- Set and pursue personal performance objectives, ensuring the achievement of agreed goals using the organization's performance management systems to enhance personal performance. Manage and report on team performance, setting appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members, and taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure team/personal objectives are met.
- Utilize the organization's formal development framework to identify individual development needs within the team, planning and implementing actions to build their capabilities. Provide training or coaching to others in the organization in areas of expertise to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
- Ensure compliance with the company's diversity and inclusion guidelines, promoting an inclusive work environment.
- Maintain a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Possess experience that enables handling the majority of situations and advising others.
- Demonstrate experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by senior managers.
