This key role is part of a strategic project aimed at harmonizing accounting and financial practices within our F&A Maisons.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Based in Bellevue and reporting to the Head of F&A Manufacturing controlling, your missions will include, but are not limited to:
Participation in Gap analysis: Collaborate with F&A teams of Maisons to analyze manufacturing entities' financials, harmonize practices, ensure compliance with Group accounting policies, and support decision-making.
Support project definition and implementation phase: Validate and communicate accounting changes, assist F&A Maisons in adopting harmonized standards, including budget and forecasting.
Support F&A finance team to elevate industrial finance expertise: Help entities to adopt the Group framework, establish an industrial setup, define and monitor KPIs, conduct benchmarking, and challenge performance.
Change management support: Contribute to documenting new practices, user training (where relevant), support the implementation of new processes, and facilitate best practice sharing, liaising with IT as appropriate.
Coordination and communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders (F&A teams of Maisons, IT, etc.), monitor project progress, and report to management as appropriate.
This role involves punctual travel in Europe.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Transversal skills
Deep understanding of Manufacturing cost elements and related accounting principles.
Strong knowledge of P&L cost structure based on standards costs and variance analysis.
Strong project management skills and methodologic approach.
Data Analytics and reporting competencies. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Highly developed analytical and synthesis skills.
Flexibility and curiosity, with the ability to work autonomously and learn quickly.
Dynamic team player, with excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, and challenge the status quo.
Proactivity and initiative to propose improvement opportunities.
Education, experience and core competencies
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or similar.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling, audit, project finance, or a similar role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience in the F&A sector is a plus.
Certification in project management is an asset
Knowledge of SAP and Anaplan is a plus.
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
