Within Richemont, Group Marketing is an international department supporting the Maisons, Distributors and the Group on their marketing strategies. More specifically, the Strategic Planning Department specialises on branding, strategic development, and new business topics, as well as the coordination of the Fragrance category.
Within the Strategic Planning team, the Market Analyst key missions are to:
Support the Fragrance Market Intelligence capability Support Group Marketing management on ad hoc topics
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPPORT THE FRAGRANCE MARKET INTELLIGENCE CAPABILITY
Working closely with other team members, the Marketing analyst will:
- Produce some of recurring reports for the category: press review, financial analysis, trend review
- Work on ad hoc projects for the Maisons and Group management
- If relevant, contribute to the organisation of one fragrance community event
SUPPORT GROUP MARKETING MANAGEMENT ON AD HOC TOPICS
By nature, the activities of the Strategic Planning department vary a lot. As such, the Marketing Analyst will be a contributor to the creation of presentations, videos and memos on these topics, sometimes conferences, which require strong agility and good general and interdisciplinary business culture

- Interest in the luxury industry and in particular in fragrance,
- Strong analytical skills are a must
- Open-minded, collaborative and curious mindset
- 1 year of relevant professional experience – an experience as a strategic consultant/ analyst role is a plus, as well as an experience within the beauty industry
- Fluent in English (working language is English). A good level of French is a plus
- Professional usage of the Microsoft Office tools
