HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
We are looking for a new colleague with relevant experience in HR administration and payroll management, a strong sense of service and highly sensitive to confidentiality and data protection.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
- HR administration: contact with employees for all administrative matters regarding payrolls and social insurance
- Payroll & Social security administration: inputting variables, control, monitoring of social insurance throughout employee's life
- Provide support to employees and managers on the HR tools
- Participation in HR project management
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
Swiss HR certificate is a must have.
Fluency in French and English will be required to connect with our colleagues from all horizons
In addition, strong skills in salary administration, a high sense of customer service, wish to work independently in a changing environment, priority management and pragmatism, agile with figures, organised and a good team spirit.
