HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Montblanc:
- Lead and manage the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and strategic planning processes for Montblanc Taiwan.
- Develop comprehensive financial models, P&L analysis, network simulations, and cash flow projections to support business strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end financial representation for Capital Approval Requests (CARs) related to Maison projects.
Controllership - Fashion and Accessories Maisons:
- Act as the local controller for the Taiwan market, providing dedicated support to Montblanc, Chloé, and Dunhill teams.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Controllers and the Regional FP&A Manager based in Hong Kong on accounting booking and compliance topics for Fashion Maisons.
- Provide operational support and expert advice on proper policy and procedure, compliance, and financial impact to assigned Fashion & Accessories Maisons' retail and wholesale operations.
Finance Business Partnering:
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to Taiwan's management and commercial teams, offering financial expertise and support for business development, boutique performance optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate the financial viability of new projects, investments, and commercial initiatives, presenting clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the regional Finance team (based in Hong Kong) and other departments (e.g., Marketing, Retail, Operations, Wholesale) to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and processes.
- Contribute significantly to the development of market strategies by providing robust financial insights, scenario planning, and impact assessments.
Finance Reporting & Performance Management:
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for local and regional stakeholders, highlighting key trends, performance metrics, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive in-depth analysis of profitability by product category, boutique, channels, and operational expenses to identify and recommend areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all financial data and reports in accordance with Richemont Group guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to Richemont Group financial policies, accounting standards (IFRS), and local regulatory requirements in Taiwan.
Finance Transformation & Process Automation:
- Streamline and automate operating processes developing regular financial management reports and business analysis for Maisons and functional management.
- Identify, define, and drive process and system improvement projects in line with business needs, continuously enhancing tools and processes.
- Partner with local and Regional Finance Digital team on digitalization and data visualization initiatives to provide insightful analysis for business and strategic decision-making.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or controlling, ideally within luxury retail, consumer goods, or multinational environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, coupled with a strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Desirable experience includes ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial planning software (Anaplan).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin will be a significant advantage.
