MAIN PURPOSE
To provide support for sales and after sales services. This role reports directly to the Technical Supervisor.
KEY LEARNINGS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for technical interventions
- Dismantle watch cases
- Perform thorough cleaning after polishing performed by dedicated polishers
- Prepare watch case after polishing and cleaning is completed
- Work environment
- Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the work area environment
- Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment.
- Provide timely feedback on technical issues and continuous improvement ideas with supervisor and team members

- Participate in stock count and other ad-hoc initiatives when required
REQUIREMENT
- Prior formal experience is not required as training will be provided
- Strong interest in watches and/or micro mechanics
- Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently, strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset
- Attention to detail and the dexterity required for meticulous manual work.
- Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office, SAP would be a plus)
