WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?

Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will be in charge of Maison worldwide HR & FTEs consolidation and analysis. You will also support one specific region.

In this function, you will:

  • Be responsible of the WW consolidation of FTEs & Personnel costs for Quarterly Rolling Forecast, Budget and 3Y plan (guidelines, drivers’ analysis, guarantee realism of projections, challenge market estimates, risks & opportunities)
  • Ensure accurate planning and reporting, particularly with HQ Team, Group Finance and Regional teams.
  • Analyze monthly reporting data vs expectations and define controlling KPI’s.
  • Responsible for filling in data in Richemont financial systems and communicating to HR counterpart all FTE related Group Financial guidelines. Also, you’ll participate in the Maison dashboard, workflows and tools’ evolution.
  • Follow remuneration scheme changes impact on financials.
  • Act as the main responsible for KPI’s/bonus simulation.
  • Business partnering one specific region in all financial cycles (actuals, quarterly, forecasts, budget), investment requests and assessing business risks and opportunities.
