You have extensive experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record in driving commercial performance, leading teams and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Results-driven, client-oriented and commercially minded, you demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to develop effective business strategies while ensuring operational excellence.

WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING FROM YOU?
As our Boutique Manager, you will lead the boutique’s commercial performance, oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional client experience while developing a high-performing team and strengthening the Maison’s presence in the market.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Defining and implementing the boutique’s commercial strategy and action plans to achieve sales targets, profitability and business objectives.
* Monitoring and analyzing boutique performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing corrective actions when required.
* Leading, inspiring and developing the boutique team to foster a high-performance culture and ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives.
* Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional and personalized client experience in line with the Maison’s standards of excellence.
* Developing and implementing clienteling strategies to strengthen client loyalty, expand the client portfolio and drive long-term business growth.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients while identifying opportunities for new client acquisition.
* Overseeing daily boutique operations, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with the Maison’s policies, procedures and standards.
* Managing boutique budgets, resources and overall profitability while ensuring effective cost control.
* Identifying talent development needs and providing regular coaching, feedback and performance management to support individual and team growth.
* Collaborating closely with Retail Management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the Maison’s strategic objectives.
* Representing the Maison within the local market, strengthening its visibility, reputation and relationships with key stakeholders.
* Fostering a positive, inclusive and collaborative working environment while acting as a role model for the Maison’s values and culture.
