FUNCTION
Part of the Europe & Middle East team, in your business analyst role, you will be collaborating with Retail Performance, Merchandising and Clienteling regional functions to support the performance of more than 10 boutiques located in Belgium, France, UK, Italy & Middle East.
Business Analysis
- Assisting with weekly and monthly performance analyses: Global reports, Retail KPI follow up versus Target, Products performance, SA performance, Clients base and CRM action progression
- Support in the Seasonal buying session (preparatory analysis, boutique feedback coordination, investment presentation…)
- Participate in the preparation of regular business performance reports, retail meetings and presentations for management.
Boutique support on Merchandising and Clienteling topics
- Follow up on Boutique weekly stock requests, pending reservation, VIC orders and ad-hoc/urgent product requests
- Maintain and propose adequate tools to support boutique sales & clienteling actions (lookbook, campaign follow up, asset, new launch training, …)
- Follow up with Global CRM and boutique team on Client base maintenance and accuracy
PROFILE
- Excellent level of English and French, Netherland is a plus
- Appetence or first exposure to Luxury / Retail / Fashion industry
- Strong analytical skills, at ease with numbers
- Ability to prioritize and structure tasks in a fast/unpredictable retail context with multiple interlocutors
- Open-minded, motivated and pro-active
- Computer skills including strong Excel knowledge and notions of Power BI
- Based in Brussels
