HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment of interns across our various sites in Switzerland, covering all business functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers from role briefing through candidate selection, interviews, offers, and hiring.
- Identify and leverage the most effective sourcing channels based on business needs, location, and hiring volume.
- Define relevant selection criteria tailored to each area of recruitment.
- Analyze recurring hiring needs and anticipate recruitment cycles across business functions to build proactive talent pipelines.
Early Career
- Coordinate and represent the Group at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives with partner schools and universities.
- Participate in end-of-internship evaluations and ensure effective follow-up with early-career candidates.
- Design and continuously enhance the candidate experience for early talent before, during, and after their internship.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of the Group’s Early Career strategy and related initiatives.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Final year Bachelor or Master's student in HR, Business Administration or related.
- Currently have an internship agreement (convention) with your school or university.
- Proficiency in office tools, specifically handling datas with Excel and comfortable with Powerpoint (MS Office Suite).
- A first experience in HR, ideally in recruitment or project management, is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of an ATS, ideally Workday, is a plus
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Available for a 6-month internship starting in September 2026
