The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique and ensuring that every client encounter reflects Buccellati’s standards of excellence. A key focus of the role is to coach, develop, and inspire the Boutique Team, while driving a strong CRM and clienteling culture.
Sales & Boutique Performance:
- Contribute to achieving and surpassing monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales trends, CRM insights, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a strong floor presence, acting as a role model in selling ceremony, client development, and service etiquette.
Team Leadership, Coaching & Development:
- Deliver daily on-floor coaching to enhance selling ceremonies, expertise, and storytelling.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support the Boutique Manager in implementing development plans.
- Motivate the team to achieve excellence, fostering a culture aligned with Buccellati’s values and heritage.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Buccellati Sinfonia and ensure online trainings are regularly conducted.
CRM & Clienteling:
- Lead the boutique’s CRM strategy, ensuring all client interactions and information are recorded, followed up, and leveraged to build long-term relationships.
- Maximize client retention and recruitment by guiding the team in creating personalized, culturally sensitive, and high-touch experiences.
- Drive growth of VVICs and top clients by overseeing tailored outreach, client appointments, gifting strategies, and after-sales follow-up.
- Be proactive in sharing ideas (events, communication…) to support our main goal raise brand’s awareness and develop local clientele
Operations & Compliance:
- Main contact for all requests related to the Boutique in absence of the Boutique Manager
- Ensure strict adherence to the Richemont & Buccellati Commercial and Compliance procedures
- Ensure proper maintenance of the Boutique
- Assist the Boutique Manager in preparing monthly schedules for the Team and sharing them on time.
- Admin and Presentations as per Boutique Managers’ requests.
