Senior Retail Executive – Retail Operations Assistant Manager
4–8 years of experience in:
Retail operations.
Commercial operations.
CRM.
Business analysis.
Fashion/watch/jewelry industries preferred.
Experience in a multinational luxury environment is highly preferred.
Experience coordinating across HQ/regional structures is advantageous.
1. Retail Performance Reporting & Business Analysis
Prepare and maintain regular retail performance reports.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
Monitor retail KPIs and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Prepare presentation materials and reporting decks.
2. Retail Performance: Product Allocation & Stock Coordination
Coordinate product allocation requests and stock prioritization aligned with commercial target.
Maintain close communication with HQ and regional teams regarding:
Product availability
Allocation requests
Delivery timelines
3. CRM & Client Development Support
Support execution and monitoring of CRM strategies and clienteling initiatives.
Coordinate client data quality and follow-up tracking across boutiques.
Collaborate with boutique teams to improve CRM discipline and operational consistency.
4. Retail Operations & Process Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination of retail operational matters across boutiques.
Support operational execution for:
Boutique openings.
Renovations.
Pop-ups.
Events.
System upgrades.
New operational initiatives.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
Boutique teams.
Marketing.
Finance.
Logistics.
Regional teams.
Headquarters.
