You have experience in managing different systems and digital platforms.
You are proactive, change-management oriented, with excellent communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders and align diverse teams.
You are fluent in English.
WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?
Reporting to the CRC Manager, you will be the primary liaison between the Maison, the Customer Relationship Centers (CRC) and the Integration Teams. You will drive the global rollout of strategic tools.
In this function, you will:
- Lead and adapt new CRC systems and tools across regional markets to improve business efficiency.
- Own the systems roadmap, ensuring seamless rollout and supporting teams through operational changes.
- Manage technical and business needs to optimize the client experience, overseeing data analytics and processes to propose actionable improvement plans.
- Ensure system users and ambassadors are thoroughly trained and aligned on all new initiatives.
