WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?
Within the International Retail Department and reporting to the Retail Performance Senior Manager, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for the creation, diffusion, maintenance, evolution and analysis of various performance indicators and reports for the Retail teams (HQ, regions, markets, boutiques) and the Maison Top Management.
In this function, you will:
- Act as a key ambassador, referent and expert for all retail performance analytical topics for HQ and regional stakeholders. You will identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Lead the transition to new Looker reporting tools, encompassing data quality, oversee the design, development and maintenance of dashboards…
- Track key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights.
- Lead and manage a team of analysts.
- Drive a strong performance culture with training programs and build and nurture a cross-functional community.
