KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in the development of events creative concepts and participate actively in brainstorm sessions.
- Coordinate and execute events, meetings, site inspections, setup, etc. - to work closely with the event manager from the initial planning stage through execution and follow-up.
- Assist in the coordination of event elements (venue selection, vendor management, catering, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are executed smoothly.
- Support in events logistics, including venue proposal and selection, transportation, accommodations, and catering.
- Follow up on event timelines and event checklists.
- Assist in the preparation of post-event reports and make recommendations for improvements for future events.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor's degree program in event management, hospitality management, art and design or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of working experience in event management or luxury management company.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for event planning, creativity and a desire to learn more about the industry.
- Able to prepare Power Point presentations, use Excel and Words, ai. As well as social media skills.
