HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
This role is a key member of the Communications and Client team with broad exposure to Media, PR, Events, Client and communications topic in general. In this role, you will bring your creativity and organizational skills to ensure successful brand activations in line with the Maison and market’s business priority. This role reports to Communications & Client Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Media & Digital:
- Media planning: Under the guidance of the Communications & Clients Manager, support the media planning activities across Print, Social Media and Digital channels in line with business priorities and budget.
- Digital campaign activation: Brief and work closely with media agencies to deliver all activations across channels.
- Performance tracking: Weekly touch-base with media agencies on the productivity of campaigns to ensure cost optimization.
- Asset management: assist in updating the master database as well as retrieve and classify all press files in their respective folders.
Public Relations:
- PR planning: Under the guidance of the Communications & Client Manager, support the planning of PR activities in line with business priority and budget
- PR monitoring & clipping: Keep track of daily editorial coverage and file systematically. Dispatch Real Time News and Best Coverage reports to HQ in a timely manner.
- PR logistics: Work with multiple departments to execute all logistics and security processes to facilitate Gifting and Photoshoot organization on and off site. Including but not limited to: Loan facilitation forms, security, transportation delivery, on-site product condition check and return.
- Database & Asset management: assist in updating the master database as well as retrieve and classify all press files in their respective folders.
Event:
- Events execution: ensure timely and qualitative execution of product-related events including but not limited to ‘Pop Ups’ / Exhibitions, ad hoc press events and Boutique Animation programming from preparation (proposal decks, source and liaise with vendors) to execution (on-ground support).
- Inventory management: Assist to manage event’s inventory both in the storeroom and warehouse.
Client :
- Data extraction to support boutiques for Client selection for events, to analyse evolution of different segments and follow-up of the client KPIs.
- Supporting the Boutique team promptly on day-to-day data issues related to all client-related applications (i.e. MyClients app) and ensure good functioning of the tools to ease retail operations. Constantly gathering feedback from the retail team to enhance the applications for a better user experience.
- Actively participate in Client activation: Coordination of the client gifting from conceptualization, liaison with internal stakeholders and vendors to gifting preparation and delivery, Coordination and Participation to the brief of our local CRM Campaign.
- Support client treatment activities both during events and in-boutique from conceptualization, vendors coordination to execution.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Min 2 years experience in CRM, Marketing or Communications role, preferably in Retail Luxury industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with data processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
- Creative, curious, proactive, and resourceful
- Organized and meticulous; attention to details
- A positive attitude, strong desire to learn and result driven
- Team player with strong collaborative spirit
- Highly motivated, strong ability to multi-task projects concurrently
