YOUR MISSION:
Is a key element in the local Retail Office and a warrant of a maintained focus, consistency and excellence is all boutique operations and client services. Takes part in the definition of the local Retail strategy and ensures an efficient implementation in all boutiques.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Oversee daily operations of a small to medium-sized store with a consistent product line to achieve sales performance targets. This includes managing the front end, back end, and sales floor.
- Supervise a team providing administrative and service operations support, leveraging deep expertise in the services offered by the team.
- Establish and implement customer service standards, overseeing a significant customer service team to handle complex and high-value issues.
- Provide operational support services and occasionally act as the first-line supervisor for a transactional operations area, utilizing existing systems and protocols.
- Develop and execute a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage customers in relevant sales campaigns. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues and escalating complex cases as necessary to ensure appropriate responses.
- Communicate the local action plan to team members, clarifying how their tasks align with the broader business plan and organizational strategy, mission, and vision. Motivate the team to achieve local business goals.
- Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures, identifying and mitigating risks to the environment and workplace well-being. Instruct the team on safe working methods, identify risky behaviors, and take appropriate action, escalating serious issues as needed.
- Assign short-term work schedules to team members to meet expectations within established timelines.
- Set personal objectives and utilize performance management systems to enhance personal performance. Monitor team performance, allocate tasks, review completion, and take corrective actions to ensure timeliness and quality. Contribute to formal performance management and appraisals.
- Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills and competencies.
- Required EducationShort-Cycle Tertiary Education.
