Stock & Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview
This exciting role will see you at the heart of our Watchfinder US Logistics Hub, based in the Richemont North America office in Dallas – Fort Worth, Texas. As a key member in the US logistics team, you will be responsible for the logistic flows of all watches transiting through the US market. Working closely with our US Commercial team, service network, & global hubs, you will also be responsible for domestic and international transfers as well as other logistic tasks to support business needs.
Responsibilities
Booking products into our system
International and domestic dispatch of products for sold orders
International and domestic dispatch of products for servicing
Communicate with external service facilities for estimates and status of products sent for service
Carrier claims filing and follow-up
Photography of products for online publishing
Assist with maintaining tracking for domestic and international shipments
Identify and proactively resolve any shipping delays or errors
Assist with inventory control processes (e.g., daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements) to ensure a successful inventory
Assist with parts procurement/management
Assist with unpacking/packing of parcels as needed
Order supplies for office and operational needs
Qualifications
Able to follow processes and procedures
Excellent organizational skills
Methodical approach to work
Microsoft office tools efficiency. Excel – minimum 1 year, Word, and Outlook
Able to communicate effectively over the phone, via email and face-to-face
Languages: Proficient in English. French and/or Spanish a plus
Minimum two years professional experience in logistics.
May require some travel to review other Watchfinder hubs/operations
