HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Lead media campaign execution across all media touchpoints (Online/Offline/Retail Media) to ensure timely delivery and achievement of campaign objectives. The Senior Media and Performance Executive plays a critical role in elevating brand presence within the luxury media landscape through data-driven media execution, strategic planning support, and continuous performance optimization to maximize ROI and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CAMPAIGN AND EXECUTION

  • Lead end-to-end media execution across all touchpoints. Work with media agency/partners to ensure media is correctly set up and operate, deliver on time, and aligned with brand guidelines, media plan, and luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with content, digital, internal teams, and creative agencies to ensure localized media assets creation, ad copies, landing pages, and media targeting are aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Lead in preparing asset brief for creative agencies to provide qualitied media assets on time.
  • Support media manager in providing media insight for making media plans and decisions that are grounded in both performance logic and luxury brand equity consideration.
  • Manage earned/paid media activation to increase and ensure ongoing brand’s media visibility on retailers’ media touchpoints.

PERFORMANCE AND OPTIMIZATION

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all channels.
  • Lead and monitor media performance benchmarks (KPIs, ROI) in close collaboration with the agency and report to media manager, internal stakeholders.
  • Plan, implement, monitor SEM and shopping ads campaign. Continuously review keywords, ad text, and performance with agencies to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI.
  • Proactively identify opportunities/ media testing to optimize brand equity, campaigns visibility, traffic, and conversion.
  • Implement advanced targeting strategies (remarketing, custom audiences, demographic targeting) to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay update of emerging media, digital tools, knowledge and technologies.
  • Monitor media and performance dashboards (GA4, others) to ensure smooth media operation and to identify actionable recommendations for day-to-day paid online media optimization.
  • Troubleshooting media performance and execution issues, implementing timely solutions.

ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

  • Create clear, regular media performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Work with agency on trafficking, delivery, and reporting across all digital media platforms.
  • Collaborating between internal functions and agencies to consolidate media performance and insight data.

BILLING AND ADMINSTRATION

  • Processing vendor account, PO creation.
  • Oversee media invoicing process; Correctness of the invoices and following up for the submission of digital/physical documents from Vendors when needed.
  • Keep track of spending on performance and given projects.
  • Monitor correctness of brand’s internal media buying tool.

YOUR PROFILE & KEY SKILLS / KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media, digital and performance marketing. Media agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide media performance recommendations aligned with brand objectives.
  • Proficiency in media technologies, digital platforms, campaign analytics, and biddable media optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta/Facebook ads manager, and performance reporting tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and mindset, with agility to adapt while maintaining luxury brand standards and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-learner, and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritization.
  • Positive, collaborative, and a team player.
  • Communication skills. Fluency in English and Thai.
  • Passion in luxury. Understanding luxury and fashion media landscape.
