We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing & Communications team at Montblanc Iberia.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, this role will provide cross-functional support across Marketing, Communications, CRM & Clienteling and Visual Merchandising for both Spain and Portugal. The position offers broad exposure to the luxury industry, working closely with local teams, regional team, Headquarters and external partners, contributing to the flawless execution of marketing initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across the department.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications
- Coordinate marketing materials and assets with media agencies in Spain and Portugal.
- Support campaign implementation and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports and marketing documentation.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Support translation needs across Marketing & Communications.
PR
- Coordinate product shipments to the PR agency.
- Manage seasonal showroom product rotations (Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter collections).
- Support sample management and product tracking.
- Assist with day-to-day coordination with the PR agency.
Events & Retail Activations
- Support the planning and execution of events and boutique activations across Spain and Portugal.
- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, shipments and event materials.
- Follow up on timelines and ensure smooth operational execution.
Visual Merchandising Support
- Monitor and follow up POSM, window display and decoration material orders. Especially the Wholetail part; follow up on implementation with sales representatives.
- Coordinate logistics for launch materials and seasonal VM elements.
Department Coordination & Operations
- Control, monitor and report the Marketing & Communications budget (Retail & Wholesale), coordinating with local Finance and supporting regional and international reporting requirements, including LEs.
- Support and coordinate cross-functional Brand projects and initiatives as required, ensuring effective planning, execution and follow-up (e.g. Inspire Writing Series online calligraphy sessions).
- Maintain accurate records of all departmental shipments, ensuring outgoing items are properly tracked.
- Coordinate the annual schedule of thematic greeting card mailings.
- Review Launch Alerts (LA) and distribute them internally through Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinate orders and distribution of packaging, gifts, GAW materials and other marketing assets.
- Assist with Purchase Order (PO) administration and tracking.
- Coordinate translations across Visual Merchandising, Brand Communications, CRM, Clienteling and Customer Relations.
- Monitor, analyse and report on competitor activities, market trends and best practices through regular presentations and reports.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing department as required.
Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Events or a similar coordination role.
- Previous experience in the luxury, fashion, retail or premium sector would be an advantage.
Languages
- Spanish
- Fluent English.
- Fluent Portuguese would be an advantage.
