Brand Experience & Showrooms Coordinator (m/f/d)
A full-time position at our Headquarters in Hamburg starting 1st September 2026.
Join our Brand Experience team and coordinate Montblanc’s international showrooms and selected key brand events. In this role, you’ll ensure that every detail is carefully planned and executed to the highest standard.

Indulge your passion…
- Coordinate the planning and execution of Montblanc’s international showrooms and selected key brand events from concept through delivery.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of international showrooms and events, including guest management, invitations, attendee communications and on-site execution.
- Work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Communications, Sales, Retail and external partners to ensure seamless planning and delivery.
- Travel internationally (approximately 20%) to support Montblanc’s flagship showrooms and selected key brand events. This includes two major showroom periods in Milan each year (approximately 10–15 consecutive days), as well as additional planning trips to meet suppliers and visit event locations between showroom periods.
- Lead supplier sourcing and tender processes, including catering, florists and other event partners.
- Oversee budgets and maintain accurate cost tracking throughout the event lifecycle.
- Manage contracts while ensuring compliance with Group policies and security standards.
- Support the implementation and management of digital event platforms and guest applications.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve planning processes and operational excellence.
You’ll have…
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a comparable field.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a comparable field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Project Coordination, Event Coordination or a similar role.
- Fluency in English is essential. Italian would be a strong asset, while French would be an advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with confidence managing budgets, planning documents and trackers.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) is a plus.
- A structured, detail-oriented and highly reliable way of working.
- The ability to remain calm, solution-oriented and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confidence in coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions, cultures and seniority levels.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A good eye for spatial planning and experience creating event layouts or technical drawings would be a valuable asset.
