How Will You Make an Impact?
As the High-End Operations & Distribution Specialist, you will support the seamless execution of High-End operations across the region. Working closely with boutiques, warehouse teams, logistics, merchandising, and Headquarters, you will ensure the efficient movement of High-End pieces while delivering operational excellence and exceptional service.
Through your attention to detail, agility, and collaborative approach, you will help ensure products are available where and when they are needed, supporting both business performance and an exceptional client experience.
What Will You Be Responsible For?
High-End Operations & Distribution
- Manage warehouse stock for confirmed High-End orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Act as the key point of contact between boutiques, warehouse teams, and Headquarters for all High-End product movements.
- Coordinate the timely delivery and transfer of High-End pieces between warehouses and boutiques, including wishlist pieces, Special Orders, and stock recalls.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Outbound Delivery Notes (ODNs), and manual invoicing in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate daily with Merchandising and Headquarters on inbound and outbound stock requests.
- Manage pricing updates, discrepancies, and Master Data Management (MDM) requests related to the High-End category.
- Coordinate urgent import and export operations while supporting all supply-related topics between Headquarters and the warehouse.
- Provide operational support to the High-End Merchandiser when required.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc operational requests, escalating risks and issues where necessary.
Boutique & Business Support
- Ensure timely communication with boutiques regarding stock requests, deliveries, and order status.
- Coordinate order fulfilment and delivery lead times in collaboration with Logistics, Finance, IT, Commercial, and warehouse teams.
- Raise and communicate operational issues or delays, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Build strong working relationships with boutiques and business partners to deliver a high level of operational support.
- Coordinate stock rebalancing requests and provide urgent support to boutiques and Headquarters when required.
- Support High-End events by coordinating stock transfers, inventory readiness, and sales reporting.
Sales Administration & Reporting
- Support the execution of invoicing, stock rebalancing, and returns in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Manage boutique and market requests through the High-End reservation platform, ensuring stock availability and timely execution.
- Maintain accurate end-to-end transactions in SAP, including goods movements, consignments, stock blocks, and backorder management.
- Consolidate weekly boutique trackers and prepare operational and sales reports to support business needs.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
How Will You Experience Success With Us?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Distribution, or a similar operational role.
- Experience within luxury retail is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
