We make hearts beat.

In our Maison, we wish to create a welcoming home and bespoke moments to reveal and empower femininity, and nurture a multicultural community of clients and talents, lasting through generations.

Since 1964, Alaïa is a Parisian Fashion Maison, with a Couture soul and a timeless sense of beauty.

Founded on the vision of Azzedine Alaïa, a legendary master of cut who changed the look of fashion in the 80’s with his sculptural silhouettes, the Maison continues to shape the future with the same passion and technical excellence.

Today, we perpetuate this quest for perfection and modernity. Through shape-driven creation and iconic knits sculpted on the body, we craft unique interpretations of the free beauty of women, guided by creativity, precision and a deep passion for arts.

Joining Alaïa means becoming part of a Maison where heritage, modernity and craftmanship come together to inspire, empower and create lasting impact.

At Richemont Americas, we aspire to reflect the ever-changing world around us. We are proud to employ talent from many different backgrounds, experiences, and identities to build a continually evolving, inclusive community where the diversity of our colleagues and clients is rich and celebrated. We believe when inclusion is fully embraced and empowered, creativity and knowledge emerge to deliver excellence, advancing the community that is uniquely Richemont Americas.
