1. Boutique Operations/Maintenance
✓ Is the referent for all necessary daily support of operations and tools queries towards boutique teams such as but not exclusive to procedures, IT situations, iPads updates, schedules, uniforms order, champagne orders and other boutique orders.
✓ Support with stationary orders and boutique deliveries.
✓ Offer operational support during local & regional events as requested.
2. Procedures’ adaptation, implementation & follow-up
✓ Is responsible for supporting the Commercial Managers with all projects linked to boutiques policies, procedures, guidelines, tools and art of living items.
✓ Monitor, update and communicate all procedures guidelines throughout network and in all channels, such as but not exclusive to payments, exchanges, consignments as defined by the Brand & Group operations manuals.
3. Projects management
✓ Support, coordinate & implement commercial projects as required.
✓ Assist as required the management & executive teams around all project plans and successes.
✓ Is the local brand point of contact for all IT project coordination.
✓ Provide feedback on the advancement of all projects to multiple stakeholders.
4. Performance & presentations
✓ Is often requested to support the Commercial Operations Manager to document and create presentations linked to market activities.
✓ Responsible to provide boutique teams with required performance indicators in a timely manner.
5. Vendor negotiation management
✓ Is responsible for the accurate management and budgeting of all market 3rd party vendor contracts (excluding Boutique & Partnership contracts).
✓ Is responsible for creating PO’s and all commercial vendors.
