You combine strategic thinking with exceptional stakeholder management, backed by a strong analytical capability to assess ROI, treatment effectiveness, and client impact, turning data into actionable recommendations. Passionate about client-centric storytelling with a high aesthetic sensitivity, you have a sharp eye for quality, flow, and luxury standards. You master English, and Mandarin is a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
As the Regional Assistant High Jewelry Client Experience Manager, you will lead the High Jewelry client experience strategy for Asia Pacific across Mainland China, Hong Kong/Macau, South Korea, Taiwan, South East Asia & Oceania. You will be doing :
1/ High-End Event Execution & On-Site Support
Support high-end client experiences (regional, local, international), balancing hands-on coordination across HQ, regional, and local teams with operational timelines.
Oversee hospitality and experience agencies as the primary regional point of contact and escalation point, ensuring day-to-day deliverables consistently meet local market needs.
Support planning and participate in event site inspections to validate quality, flow, and bespoke experiences, translating insights to stakeholders (from management to sales associates) through briefs and presentations.
Provide on-site coordination and support for high-end events with 10+ couples attending, requiring travel according to the Maison’s event calendar.
2/ Event Governance & Stakeholder Alignment
Act as the regional consolidation point for APAC markets and HQ, providing frameworks, templates, guidance, and feedback to elevate execution quality. Represent the APAC region’s voice to HQ, ensuring local expectations, priorities, and constraints are fully integrated into the global HJ client treatment approach.
Collaborate across teams (HQ, regional HJ, Comms, Client Development, and HJ Development) to align targeting, client selection, and event preparation (including RSVP status, gifts, invitations, galas, and welcome/thank-you dinners).
Arbitrate hotel allocations and key experience assets in coordination with the HJ Development team, ensuring fair and transparent prioritization across markets.
3/ Star-Client Development Strategy
Support the creation of regional guidelines for personalized yearly journeys of STAR clients, aligning Maison values with local market realities.
Consolidate market inputs to form a regional view on STAR-client engagement, experience utilisation, and treatment quality.
Track ROI and performance of high-end experiences to identify strategic opportunities and sharpen future planning.
Partner with Client Development and the HJ Development team to ensure alignment on targeting, development priorities, and client selection.
4/ Performance, Budget & Process Optimization
Analyze event budgets and segment-level ROI to optimize client targeting, tracking STAR-client engagement and experience utilization to sharpen future planning.
Oversee financial processes, including facilitating market quotations, payment arrangements, and bidding processes in coordination with finance to ensure smooth processing.
Consolidate post-event debriefs with the HJ Development team to identify and strategically implement key learnings for future initiatives.
