CONTEXT

We are looking for a Junior HR Analytics Specialist to experience an exclusive behind-the-scenes immersion and help bring data-driven insights to life!

This position is a 6-months fixed term contract based in Meyrin and reporting to the Head of HR Analytics Europe.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT AND WHAT WILL YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE?

  • Data Quality Monitoring and Improvement: monitor HR data quality, identify data quality issues, and develop and implement remediation plans. This includes data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities.
  • Data Issue Resolution: investigate and resolve data quality issues, working with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  • Support documentation for HR community: propose, develop and enhance useful documentation and guidelines to help our HR Community on HR masterdata and people analytics tools
  • Data mindset and training: participate in training programs set-up to increase HR Data literacy and strengthen data entry excellence
  • Participate in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data across various domains (e.g., recruitment, retention, compensation, performance).
  • Propose and develop dashboards to stakeholders and help enhance HR strategies and decision-making.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?


If you are someone with experience in HR, a passion for data, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, join our dynamic team to provide analytical and administrative support in a fast-paced working environment.

Good knowledge of Excel is a must as well as a fluency in English, any other European language is a plus.

Knowledge of Workday is also a plus.
