As a Material Purchaser, you will join the Purchasing team at Maison Montblanc and will be responsible for managing the purchase and procurement of metal parts for production, balancing availability, costs, and supply chain performance

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Negotiating pricing and scouting new suppliers

  • Creating, following up, and managing the delivery schedule for purchase orders for metal parts (SAP)

  • Managing master data in ERP (SAP) for costs, supplier order management, and inbound/outbound material flows

  • Visiting suppliers to coordinate priorities and sharing delivery plans

  • Conducting reporting and analysis for cost optimization, savings plans, and supplier performance

  • Managing inventory to achieve stock targets and handling quality non-conformities

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Economics

  • Experience in the role, preferably in a Purchasing office

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)

  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Problem Solving skills

  • Ability to analyze and interpret team KPIs
