YOUR MISSION: Mainly found at Maison HQ, analyses and identifies business development opportunities, optimizes operations to gain efficiency and reach operational excellence. Proactively recommends action plans to increase boutique team productivity. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Analyze and identify business development opportunities to optimize operations and achieve operational excellence. - Proactively recommend action plans to enhance boutique team productivity. - Identify, elicit, and document project/process requirements using appropriate modeling techniques. - Validate requirements with original users to eliminate confusion and ensure accuracy. - Define testing scripts and verification criteria to ensure requirements are met. - Maintain documentation and traceability throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct research using primary data sources to analyze key themes and trends. - Provide feedback on database specifications during the approval process to ensure compliance with standards and data integrity. - Support and document 'as is' and 'to be' processes, detailing the changes required for migration. - Collect business requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis. - Express requirements in terms of target user roles and goals. - Contribute to feasibility studies from technological and organizational perspectives, documenting findings. - Explore and understand external developments or emerging issues, evaluating their potential impact on the organization. - Interpret business needs and recommend solutions to business problems at the unit level. - Conduct feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects, contributing to business case development and review. - Analyze and identify areas for modification and improvement in existing and new applications. - Develop new applications to meet customer requirements. - Create and maintain high-standard technical and user documentation, ensuring backup for instant recovery. - Foster a culture of innovation by contributing to creative solutions, such as idea generation platforms, jam sessions, and hackathons. - Develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching. - Maintain external professional accreditation where relevant. - Stay updated on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, conferences, and specialist media. - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level required. - Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised. - Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
