YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Digital Program Manager to lead complex digital transformation initiatives, from strategy to execution, coordinating multiple cross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders across the organization and driving measurable outcomes, while partnering closely with senior Maison & Groupe stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end delivery. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and works hand in hand with Digital Transformation & IT teams to ensure effective execution of the roadmap and delivery of digital capabilities
PLAYING YOUR PART
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Lead senior stakeholder management across Maison and Group levels, building trust, securing alignment and driving engagement across functions, geographies and decision-making bodies
- Act as the guarantor of consistency between business processes, technology capabilities and governance principles, ensuring all transformation initiatives remain coherent, scalable and aligned with target operating models.
- Shape 5-year technology capabilities vision and roadmap, identifying the digital, data and platform capabilities required to improve business growth, operational performance and organizational agility.
- Define corresponding program and projects scope, approach, roadmap and success metrics
- Facilitate executive decision-making through clear recommendations and data-driven insights
PROGRAM & PROJECT DELIVERY
- Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects and teams
- Manage budget, timeline, risks, resource allocation and dependencies across the program/projects
- Translate business needs into functional, process, data and technology requirements
- Ensure effective program governance, progress monitoring and issue resolution
- Monitor performance and ensure delivery of expected business outcomes
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Engage stakeholders early through communication, co-design, training and sponsorship activities
- Drive change management to ensure adoption of new organization, processes and solutions
- Foster collaboration across functions to optimize processes and improve business performance throughout the value chain
- Ensure long-term sustainability of transformation outcomes
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require:
- Extensive experience leading complex business and digital transformation programs
- Strong expertise in program and project management methodologies, as well as business case development and benefits realization capabilities
- Cross-domain understanding across business, technology, data, finance and change, as well as end-to-end business value chain
- A plus: extensive exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes, from demand planning through procurement and production planning
- Strong decision leadership, and trust-building across diverse stakeholders
- Effective change management backed by clear, impactful communication
- Strategic thinking and execution, analytical mindset with a pragmatic, decisive approach
- Fluency in both English and French
