Are you a proactive learner, passionate about customer experience and eager to drive growth across the business? If so, we would like to present you with the opportunity to join our Cartier Singapore-based team as a Commercial Operations Intern.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your expertise in company policies, protocols, and processes in one of the leading Maisons in the luxury industry. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, you will work closely with the Commercial team to support commercial activities.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Support smooth running of day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department working closely with Retail team
- Participate in daily operations and evaluate protocols/processes across our boutiques while adhering to company regulations, and Health & Safety codes
- Contribute to implementation of commercial projects
- Support the deployment of tools and initiatives in Boutiques and other Commercial areas
- Provide regular updates on any changes to project schedules or upcoming projects when required
- Provide administrative support including documentations, record keeping and data maintenance of key digital programs
REQUIREMENTS
- Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and timely while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with strong collaborative spirit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
