HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Craft your own experience with us and walk away with rich L&D and HR knowledge for your future. Step ahead with us where luxury tradition meets innovation! Become a vital part of the Cartier team, growing your skills in Learning & Development while also gaining 360-degree exposure to the HR Generalist function for the Benelux & Nordics region.
In this hybrid role, your time will be split between driving our L&D initiatives (approx. 70-80%) and supporting core HR Generalist activities (approx. 20-30%):
Learning Content & Platform Support: You will assist the L&D team in updating training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules. You will also support the daily administration of our “MyLearning” platform—uploading courses, managing enrollments, troubleshooting basic user queries, and tracking completion rates.
Training Coordination & Logistics: You will play a key role in making our training programs a success by coordinating logistics. This includes scheduling workshops, managing registrations, preparing training spaces, coordinating catering/travel, and gathering attendee feedback via surveys.
Data, Reporting & Project Support: You will collect and analyze data related to program effectiveness and participant satisfaction to help us continuously improve. You will also research L&D best practices in the luxury sector, assist with administrative project tasks (including invoice follow-ups), and support exciting talent initiatives.
Communication & Engagement: You will draft internal communications (emails, intranet articles) and help design creative, engaging marketing materials to promote upcoming learning opportunities.
HR Generalist Support (20-30% of your time): To ensure you get a complete, well-rounded view of HR, you will collaborate closely with our HR Generalists on day-to-day HR operational activities, onboarding/offboarding processes, and team projects.
