About the Role

We are seeking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Associate Vice President, Watches & Jewelry Sales Operations to oversee sales operations across North America.

You will lead a high-performing team responsible for ensuring flawless product flows to the stores, for both retail and wholesale.

You will oversee end-to-end sales operations, distribution flows and logistics coordination, partnering closely with boutiques, external partners, supply chain planning and logistics.

You will drive operational excellence, in a highly dynamic environment, and play a central role in advancing our sales operations capabilities to support future growth, develop our teams, and deliver a best-in-class experience to our clients, boutiques and partners.

This role requires a highly organized, customer-focused leader with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment.

What You'll Do

Lead Sales Operations

You will manage the Sales Operations function across North America, making sure the right processes, tools and systems are in place to help boutiques and external partners achieve strong commercial results and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will foster a culture of operational excellence and improve relentlessly the performance of our sales operations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead and optimize distribution flows across North America, for retail and wholesale channels.
  • Coordinate client firm orders with boutiques, external partners and commercial teams.
  • Manage back-order portfolio and delivery prioritization.
  • Oversee consignments throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate buybacks and product returns.

  • Collaborate with Richemont to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
  • Monitor logistics performance.
  • Conduct stock rebalancing initiatives between boutiques.
  • Coordinate purchase order creation for new product launches.
  • Monitor and ensure successful fulfillment of novelty collections and strategic launches.
  • Ensure timely investigation, resolution, and reporting of claims: overpacks, shortpacks and inventory discrepancies.

Lead Transformation

Our business and the desirability of our Maison continue to grow, and we develop our clienteling activities, with a strong emphasis on the highest price points. Therefore, the orchestration of the product flows and the management of the firm orders and waiting lists is highly critical and has to be scaled up.

In partnership with the Operations Excellence Team, you will:

  • Build next-generation operational capabilities.
  • Increase automation through digital tools and system enhancements.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and KPIs to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.
  • Lead change through communication, collaboration, and training, ensuring strong adoption across boutiques and corporate teams.
