Are you a good match?
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years' experience in downstream supply chain management, luxury retail industry strongly preferred; you will have a minimum of seven years' experience in a leadership role. You will have very strong aptitude to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and have the ability to remain agile and to manage shifting priorities. You will have a high level of maturity and emotional intelligence as well as strong critical reasoning and problem-solving skills. You will have a Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to expert skill level in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel proficiency. Fluency in French is preferred.
What are we expecting from you?
The Supply Chain Assistant Vice President serves as a key member of the VCA Americas Operations leadership team and is responsible for shaping and advancing the downstream supply chain across all channels and markets. This role partners closely with commercial, marketing, and internal stakeholders to ensure a scalable, agile, and high-performing supply chain that enables business growth, enhances client experience, mitigates risk, and supports the Maison’s long-term objectives. This role will report to our VP of Operations and will be based at our NYC office.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Vice President of Operations to define and execute the short and mid-term Supply Chain strategy aligned with Maison priorities and commercial ambitions. Shape the operational roadmap to support scalability, agility, and business performance across the region.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals across demand planning, distribution, merchandising operations, and project management; Drive for results and foster accountability, collaboration, and result-orientation.
• Contribute to the achievement of financial objectives through proactive supply chain planning, scenario assessment, and identification of risks and opportunities.
• Oversee department budget and resource allocation to optimize operational performance and support strategic investments.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to drive operational effectiveness, service excellence, and process optimization. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, resilience, and decision-making.
• Lead the development and presentation of key supply chain insights, priorities and performance metrics to CODIR. Oversee and ensure successful ad hoc project execution.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner and foster partnerships with cross-functional department heads and international counterparts.

Expected Salary Range: $210,000-$250,000
This role is bonus-eligible
Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
